Trespasser Deterred From Laundry Room

Trespassers will find any opportunity to take advantage of closed space on a property. If given a chance, trespassers will take shelter in the laundry room, utility closets, and other closed-off areas, creating several problems for property owners and managers. In the video above, we see a man with a backpack come into the laundry room and begin to look around. As soon as the camera sees the person, an alert is sent to our command center, where our guard remotes in and assesses the situation. Upon evaluating the action, he initiates a warning using the two-way talk down included with the system.
As soon as the trespasser hears the warning, he is instantly scared away and leaves the property.
The area is secured and will continue to be live-monitored by our remote guards for the rest of the night.
